Wooden BuddyDiscover what is yet unknown, because your journey of discovery continues right here and now
Wooden Buddy is a training partner for martial arts. It builds on the classic wooden dummy but does far more – and takes up very little space at home.
A purely Czech, patented product
The journey of discovery
Your inner strength CHI, the coordination of your movements, your balance, the flexibility of your body and the sensitivity in your fingertips are unique to each of us.
Training with a partner is an essential part of the development of anyone who practises a martial art or a combat sport.
Knowing yourself is work for every moment of life – not only in training, but at home too.
Variants
Four variants, the same functions
Choose by style. Every Wooden Buddy does exactly the same – they differ only in colour and in whether the body is wrapped with rope.

Origin
Thirty years after the first wooden dummy
